How do I reschedule a booking?
Open My bookings and pick the booking you want to move. You'll see a Reschedule button on bookings that haven't started yet.
Can I cancel a booking?
Bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, contact your location directly — they may be able to reschedule for you.
How do I get into the room?
If your room has a smart lock, your booking confirmation email and the booking page show a 4-digit code. Enter it on the keypad — the code is valid from 15 minutes before your start time to 15 minutes after your end time. If your room doesn’t have a code, ask staff at the location when you arrive.
What if I’m running late?
Your booking time still ends when scheduled — late arrival doesn’t extend the room. If you’re going to be more than a few minutes late and want to keep the room, call your location.
Can I book multiple hours or come back another day?
Yes — pick the duration you want when booking, up to the room’s maximum. For multiple separate visits, book each one individually.
I didn’t get a confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it’s still missing after 5 minutes, contact your location — they can resend it. Have your confirmation code ready (e.g. JBL-12345) if your card was charged.
How do I find a past booking?
All your bookings — past and upcoming — live in My bookings.
My card was charged but no booking shows up.
This is rare and usually clears within a few minutes. If it persists, contact your location with your confirmation code so they can reconcile the charge.
